  • Custom-Made Jewelry Only: All Hestia Diamond creations are bespoke; we do not offer ready-to-ship items. Delivery timelines depend on the complexity, style, and design of each piece. Estimated timelines are communicated during the order process.
  • Exclusive & Insured Shipping: All orders are shipped via premium carriers such as FedEx, DHL Express, or UPS, with full insurance for their total value.
  • Track & Trace: Every shipment includes a unique code, tracking number, and tracé, allowing you to monitor your jewelry at every stage.
  • Secure Delivery: Upon delivery, the recipient must provide valid identification and the unique shipment code to receive the package. This ensures maximum security for high-value items.
  • Worldwide Coverage: We ship globally, with delivery timelines tailored to each custom piece.
  • Collection Option: Customers may also choose to collect their jewelry by appointment at our atelier after full payment.

 

Returns

  • Inspection Period: You have a 14-day inspection period starting from the date of receipt or collection.
  • Return Request: Returns must be requested via email within this period.
  • Condition: All returned items must be sent back in original condition, including packaging and authenticity certificates.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Return Address: Please contact Hestia Diamond in advance to obtain the correct return address.

 

Lifetime Warranty

  • Every Hestia Diamond creation comes with a lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship and material authenticity.
  • Covered: Free inspections, cleaning, repair, or replacement in case of defects.
  • Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or loss/theft.
  • Proof Required: Warranty claims require proof of purchase and the original certificate.
